Welcome to today's post, oh the weather is only gorgeous here in Ireland today the sun is shining for once, long may it last!! For today's post i'm going to be sharing with you all my 'What I Ate Wednesday', kinda the same sort of meal as last week, but some a little different, if you guys wanted to find out what i have been eating this Wednesday then just keep scrolling down the page.......
Here's what i ate.....
Okay up first this morning i'm having the same breakfast i have been having for the last 2 weeks or so now and that is a bowl of Cornflakes with a light sprinkle of sugar and some low fat milk. Then on the side i'm having a glass of Orange/Water mixed!!
For my Mid-morning snack i'm having a healthy Gala Apple with a Kenco Cappuccino!!
On to Lunch/Dinner i'm having this home-made Chicken Curry with Brown Rice. I love making my own home-made Chicken Curry's, in this one i have added some chopped up Onions, Red Peppers, Chicken Breast Pieces and some Mild Knorr Curry Powder, then on the side i have some Brown Rice!!
For my later Evening Snack I had 3 Scoops of Haagen Dazs Salted Caramel Ice-cream before sitting down to watch the #ChristianLouboutin Documentary!!
