Hi guys and welcome to Monday's blog, I hope you all had a lovely weekend. For today's blog I'm going to be doing a Nail Tutorial of a Summer Leopard Nail Art Look. Below you will find a step by step guide to how I got the look and I will also leave some info on the products I've used.
Stay Stylish and Fabulous x
Summer Leopard Nail Art Look!!
So here's a pic of what I used to create this look....
Tesco Nail Remover, Neal's Yard Remedies Hand Lotion, Nail File,
No7 Nourishing Nail & Cuticle Care, Cotton Wool, Cotton buds,
720 Bruno Brownani Nail Polish from Catrice Collection, Clear Base Coat Nail Polish,
Dark Pink Shade from The Colour Workshop and a Light Pink Shade from a Nail Set.
Step 1 First I take some nail polish remover and apply it to some cotton wool. I then use it to remove any nail polish already on my nails, I tend to use a cotton bud to remove nail polish in between the corner of my nails. If you don't have any nail polish remover handy, then you can use a clear base coat varnish. (just apply over the nail polish you have on)
Step 2 Next I then use a nail file to shape my nails, I like to give my nails a quick file just before I apply nail polish. (this part is optional)
Step 3 Next I then apply No7 Nourishing Nail & Cuticle Care to my nails and massage the cream in to my cuticles. You can use any brand of Nail & Cuticle Care Cream.
Step 4 Next I apply this light pink shade to my nails, you can use any brand of pink nail polish. Then leave to dry. (apply a second coat if you feel you need too)
Step 5 Next I apply this dark pink shade nail polish to my nails. Apply dots to each nail (I applied around 4 dots to each nail).
Step 6 Next I then took a Brown Shaded Nail Polish (720 Bruno Brownani) and apply it around the edges of the dots. You do have to have quite a steady hand to do this, but you don't have to have it nice and straight.
Step 7 To finish off your look apply a clear top nail polish and leave to dry.
Hope you guys enjoyed today's blog, feel free to leave me any comments on today's blog.
